Will crafting still be relevant?
I know some returning and maybe future raids/lairs and dungeons will probably have craftable weapons, but will activities and even world drops still get their craftables? I know with the tiered system theres little reason for crafting but they still feel good to get, and leveling won't be much of an issue with how much material drops per activity

There is no way to know for sure yet. Since Destiny has gotten away from crafting, it seems unlikely they would add it back for returning content. It also seems clear there will not be any future content for D2.
