Need help changing my new steam linked account
So a couple of years back i lost my old steam account, i fell for a scheme and now i can't access it, i made a new account and life moved foward, besides i originally started on my Xbox so i just continued to play Destiny 2 on it.
After some time playing on epic i eventually stopped playing around edge of fate, but now that i want to get back into it and bought everything on my current steam account, i can't unlink my old steam account because they changed the password and everything, i wanna see if anyone can help me here before i try steam support, if it was easier to unlink and i didnt have to wait 90 days i wouldn't be here.
Can anyone at Bungie give me a helping hand?

1 ReplyBungie will not unlink it under any circumstances, and due to the March 25th 2025 linking change even if you had access to the account - you couldn't change it. You're permanently stuck with the current Steam account linked. There are no exceptions being made by Bungie.
