Missing items!
I purchased the Lupine Aurora Skimmer Pack for 2200 silver on 9/29, and the Lucid Shader for 300 bright dust on 9/30. All currency was used from my balances, but no shaders, emotes, or skimmer popped up on my Warlock account. Please help; I just wanna buy the pretty stuffs!

Hi there. Items and packs bought with Silver go to your Inventory as a wrapped Eververse package. Opening the package will give you the items inside. Shaders bought with bright dust are automatically added to your collection of Shaders. Looking in your Collections > Flair > Shaders > Seasons, the Lucid shader shows as unlocked and available to use. Depending on when that shader was originally released, you may need to browse through multiple pages to find it.
