Hello, I would like to ask for assistance regarding the Steam account currently linked to my Bungie.net profile. I understand that since March 25, 2025, platform accounts normally cannot be unlinked from Bungie.net profiles, and I am aware of the current account-linking policy. However, I need to stop using my currently linked Steam account and would like to continue playing Destiny 2 through another Steam account without losing my existing characters and progression. I still have full access to my Bungie.net profile and the currently linked Steam account, and I can verify ownership if necessary. Is there any supported migration, account recovery procedure, or exceptional case in which Bungie Support can move my Destiny 2 access/progression to another Steam account? I am not asking to duplicate characters or bypass Cross Save restrictions. I only want to know whether there is any supported way to permanently move from my current Steam account to another one while retaining my existing Destiny 2 progression. Thank you.
