Cross save issue
I enabled cross save for steam and now I can’t access the main account. When i log in from PS, i have to start game from the very beginning can’t access data since 2017. So I disabled cross save and it’s showing a message stating “ Cross Save cannot be unlinked for 83 days because you've purchased Silver on your PlayStation Network account”.
Do i have to wait 83 days or is there any other way to access previous data?

2 RepliesOne thing to note in addition to what EckyThump said - once cross save is disabled you will have a further 90 days to wait before you can activate cross-save again. So you'll have to play on Playstation in order to use your characters/gear etc.

During the cross-save process you were asked to choose which account would be the Active Account, the one whose characters, progress, inventory, etc, will appear on all of the linked platforms. You chose Steam for this, so your Steam account is the one you see on both Steam and on PS. Your PS characters, progress, inventory, etc, have been made dormant and inaccessible while cross-save is active. Unfortunately all cooldowns are mandatory, they cannot be reduced nor bypassed.
