Bought the collection and can't access any of dungeons the dungeon key pack says it will give me
Is this because I cross saved my old xbox character to steam where I own the collection? Like I recently got back into destiny with a friend and decided to get the collection on steam on pc where I play, I cross saved my character from when I played on xbox to my pc and all the dungeons that are listed on the dungeon key pack are locked and saying I need the dungeon keys in game.

They review tickets Monday through Friday during business hours.

Hey there, the answer was provided but just to explain, dungeon keys count as in-game purchases and get tied to a single active account at the time of purchase. So yes it is because you bought first, and cross-saved after. The keys got tied to Steam, and then the Steam profile was made dormant and took the keys with it. The form linked by viiTactiiCZz should get the keys moved to the XBox account which is where you want them; as they are in-game items their content will be available no matter which system you play on, so will be available if launching through Steam.
