Items being pulled from my vault to my Titan, and I'm not doing it

ISSUE: All my Abyssal Edge swords and Aberrant Action (Both Crafted and organic drop versions) sidearms are populating on my Titan and I am not pulling them here, I am also not playing on the Titan currently. I can put them back in the vault and they will stay for varying times. Sometimes they will pop right back in my inventory other times it will be hours before the first one pops back in. I am not using DIM 'farming', that was my first thought. REPRO STEPS: I do not know how to repeat it. EXPECTED RESULT: I'd just like stuff in my vault to stay in my vault.

Go to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/AppHistory and check to see if there's a 'Transfer from Vault' action. If there is, either someone has access to your account or one of the apps that you're using is doing it for you. One thing to note - DIM will move things to characters without farming mode enabled if you have a full vault and are trying to put something in it, so if you've got a full vault there's a chance this is the reason.
