hey, just a heads up. Deleting your Bungie account will not fix your issue here https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/265315463?sort=0&page=0 It will permaban each account linked to that profile.

Hey there, if the form is not loading, please go to Settings, Email & SMS, and make sure a truly new and unique email address is set there. The ticket system requires the Bungie Account to have a unique email address. If the email address is not unique, the form will not load.
