Not so hidden 25% resist built into it.
Wasn't super impressed with the Europa set, given... and I acknowledge this as a huge caveat... was trying to make it work outside of Stasis kits.
The Nessus set, I just can't do it... I can't invest 4 pieces for DR only.
First Ascent was worth the 2 weeks I spent grinding for it on my Warlock.
The 2-piece which has a buff that has scaling transcendence gains.
It's a ramping perk that does or doesn't have a cooldown depending on how you use it, I'll explain:
1.2, 2.4, 3.6, 4.8, 6 + 18.
%
Per element kill and debuffs count like weaken, sever, scorch, Jolt.
You get 1 element kill grants 1.2, then all subsequent kills within the timer will buff those gains
Add another element light or dark, refreshes the timer and every subsequent kill will grant 2.4%.
3rd ... 3.6%
4th... 4.8 % and this is the threshold... if you can't ramp to max, all light and dark kills will refresh that timer and grant the gains until you fill your Transcendent bar.
At the 5th element, it grants 6% for the affinity of the final element, then any kill after grants 18% to both and resets the perk.
I think ramping for 5 is useless, because you'll regen your bar so quickly.
You don't need x5... you don't need x4.
In seconds... when the add density is good, you can fill your bar in seconds.
And I'm not even running poop 💩 turret.
Right now I'm working on optimization, the best weapons... fragments, etc.
I will post a kit eventually.
It's essentially an extra 25% DR on demand in addition to all the neutral game benefits Transcendence grants and imo, Lock has the best nade.
😇👍💠
Combine it with Ashes to Assets and Getaway's - that will get you started.

5 RepliesWe all have our hot takes, but dissing on Exodus Dawn is crazy work. One, it’s a permanent, perpetual form of DR because you are perpetually gaining and losing Armor Charges. At x2, you already have 20% DR, which is higher than Amplified, just for gaining Armor Charge. At x3, you have just under 30%, which is insanely close to Woven Mail. All of this stacks with whatever DR you already have, and you can stack it all the way to 6 which is 35%. It’s not like the 2pc is useless either, since it automatically collects orbs and ammo bricks when you go Critical Health, which is for any competent player, free health, a free Subclass Buff, free Armor charge which means free DR with the 4pc, and free super/ability energy. (If you have an orb near you that is, but it’s not all that insane to have an orb near you)

Edited by jhermannITJ: 9/3/2026 5:49:33 AMOkay, little update... I found the weapons and the artifact, and yes the kit will get a dedicated post at some point. I've been on this Chaos Reshaped kick... I've been grinding for, imo, the best of them. I don't care what the haters say, 14 secs to passively ramp is nothing. Being under aggro is what this game is. And 35% plus healing for just playing the game, more potent and consistent as the game gets harder. Seriously. Synchronic Roulette and Yeartide Apex are probably tied for the 2nd spot as the best primaries in the game. I think SR is a tad better than Yeartide, because it has more direct artifact synergy, that makes it seem like it blows Apex out the water, but you can't use SR with Bastion or Praxic, or Izzy, or Agers or Chappy. That's why they're closer than they seem. What it can combo with? That's the second weapon for this kit. First Dead Messenger... Void Default, I got Devour... Turnabout Demo.. nope. Great but, what if the enemy isn't grounded. Tesselation, this is a Transcendence kit... works great, great alternative... I AM using Tablet of Ruin... so great with Particle. But I already have arc with my buddy, jolt from my buddy... 170 grenade, Devour... it's great for spamming nades inside of Transcendence... but I don't need it outside of it, I don't need the jolt and I'm not wasting my buddy on the special reload outside of Transcendence. In? It hardly ever works, I hold the nade button, sometimes it works... sometimes I throw a nade. So nope, that was really the straw for Tesselation, it did melt... but I wish using your nade reloaded it... then maybe. So on Particle, there's the Toaster... Merciless... I want dps... this is my defacto heavy. I decided to go a different direction. Trace Rifle. Wavesplitter. That's weapon 2. SR makes orbs, My buddy farms orbs... seriously, no cooldown it never stops. Wavesplitter makes orbs, the catalyst gives it elemental kinetic tremors, it suppresses which buffs its dmg and procs the artifact mod on Ruin that I put in place of Particle. And it can crit. Different dmg type than arc. Another debuff, can stun lock bosses and turn off banes. So DPS and utility, orb production better synergy with my armor perks Smoke and First Ascent. Strand, Arc, Void Dmg & Stasis With Slammer, close ranged DPS... Eager Edge, Chaos Reshaped that will boost its efficacy swapping between Synchronic and it as the heal effects only proc when the weapon is out, but does bank to a threshold, so getting a burst of healing is as simple as swapping to either, constant healing using either. I do not have the exact Slammer I want, mine does have Swordmasters, EE, CS ... but no AA. That's what I want. The artifact is going to be Tablet of Ruin. I'm pretty sure on what I'll be slotting... but, still want to make sure. It's coming to together, that's x4 ramp for Stack 'em up... and that will turn Transendence into an ability cooldown for my lock. And when I say this is just the start of this ****, believe DAT! There won't be a stronger Getaway kit. I'm pretty sure. It's going to smoke everything. Them's some strong words. I want to get the stats perfect. Right now I have to balance weapons, super, and grenade. Figuring out what thresholds will be optimal. To opine, I'm using Horde Shuttle and Facet of Courage, so my Threadling Sever, and that boosts my arc soul dmg. That I can push to 65% if I go 200 grenade. Which would also buff the dps of my prismatic grenade by another 10%... so 1.65%x1.1% + Jolt for my Arc Soul, 1.65%x1.1%x1.1% for my Prismatic Grenade. All of it unraveling because I have that Artifact mod for Synchronic Roulette, and here begins the dilemma. Because if I want the SMG to be as strong as possible, and Wavesplitter function well enough to hang in a rotation combining Harsh Refraction 50%, it's DPS 68.7% + detonation explosions... how much weapons stat do I need? Is 200 weapons it, drop nade down, do I do that? Third factor to consider, My super... It builds really quick, I'm using limit break.. my current config hits 145 + limit break... I got regen from hellah orbs... I got ashes to assets. On the curve, do I max overall DPS with weapons or nades, do I balance that? Do I spike one. Or do I spike super as high as I can get? Do I balance all three? Kinda what I'm doing right now. Super 145 Nade 160 Weapons 150 2x Strand Surge for SR... I might split that w void. That's what I'm trying to figure out. Arc Soul is strong, weapons seem strong... Super does work. I'm so torn right now, because it already feels awesome... but I also know the difference between weapons at 100-125 and 200 and it's Night and Day. Yeartide Apex with Chaos Reshaped becomes a special weapon. Synchronic Roulette with permanent unraveling, Chaos Reshaped, and 1 or 2 surges at 200 weapons is probably better. And if I want Wavesplitter to be my power weapon it deserves the full dmg bonus too. I guess I need to figure out 200 weapons somehow, settle for 190. If I hit 190 let's call it 15% for SR and Wavesplitter for everything Split the surges that's 10% for the above. 10% for Slammer from 190 weapons 35% from Chaos Reshaped, + AA if I eventually get one + threadling spawns that dmg and sever. EE for physics chunking and close quarter dps under duress. 15%, 35%, 10% + unraveling for Synchronic Roulette + threadling spawns that dmg and sever. My special weapon, it also has nano missles 😜. 15%, 68.7%, 50%, 10% and suppression stun lock for Wavesplitter + threadling spawns that dmg and sever. That's my ranged power weapon that can benefit from a crit multiplier. Note: The reason I'm doing this, is to explicate contemporaneously how I build and refine my kits. Practically. I think this kit need 190-200 weapons and then see what I can do with the other 2. I heard recently that Wavesplitter turns off banes too. 😇👍💠 And it's the ammo... when you factor that in, it's kinda obvious... even with unlimited uptime, 65 & 10... Arc Soul can't match the smg let alone wavesplitter... All I NEED is the jolt for the proc for my armor and bolt charge. I do need it to kill though. If I want max orbs, so that's the ballast question now. 190-200 weapons Nade at wherever I'm comfortable with the orb output. Super falls in-line after that.
