Beef, but I don't eat it a lot. Turkey is probably what I eat the most. I eat a lot of Turkey and peppers sandwiches on whole grain bread that's made with no chemicals. Provolone, a little 🤏 mayo. Pro tip, don't put the mayo on the same layer as the peppers, because the whole thing becomes a mess. Sometimes I make it indulgent: Toast the bread, a light smear of butter... 2 slices of Provolone, a little mayo, extra crisp bacon, turkey, a little more mayo, sliced deli pepperoni and I render out some of the fat... but not crispy. Then alot of peppers...like it's a layer of the sandwich, 2 more slices of cheese. Then the press. You want to learn how to make a great sandwich, the "press" is so important. You can wrap it, but I just use my hands applying even pressure, one side, flip, other side. Then I cut the sandwich in half. It's just a mechanical operation that all great delis do, imo. I never get sick of it. Sometimes I sprinkle some dried oregano on one of the mayo layers.
