Hello! Not sure if this is the right place to post. I was playing Iron Banner a day or two back, when I suddenly received a "Returner's Gift." I didn't know what it was, but I searched it up, and saw it was for players who didn't play during Edge of Fate. I only started playing during Renegades, and hadn't ever received this before, so it didn't seem I'd qualify. Sure enough, I checked my orders, and nothing was there — I assumed it was just a visual bug. It didn't alert my that I received any such gift for the rest of the day. However, yesterday I was playing Sundered Doctrine with some friends, and it started constantly alerting me that I was receiving Returners Gifts. I kept checking my orders, and claimed them, but again no Returner's Gifts loot. Today I log onto Destiny planning to farm some orders, and I check, and suddenly I have lots of Returners Gifts, which I claimed (receiving, so far, an exotic engram, a bunch of strange coins, and dark fragments). What's more, it tells me "Returner's Gifts earned this week: 10/10" but also "Total Returner's Gifts Earned: 6/30," which doesn't seem to make sense. I didn't think to count, but I also suspect I claimed well more than 10 from my orders. Screenshot attached. Not only should I not be qualifying for these gifts afaik, but I should have easily already earned them — I'm rank 142 in the Rewards Pass, and I believe was rank ~150 in the pass prior to MoT. I'm not complaining, I'll gladly take the free gifts, but thought I should mention this somewhere. During my time in Iron Banner I experienced a round or two with blatant hackers, and I think I received my first gift in one of those rounds, so I don't know if it's related or just an unusual coincidence. In case it is related, and since I haven't found anyone else having this issue, I thought I'd make this post to clarify that I'm not the one behind this. Since I suspect that the check for qualifying for Returner's Gifts is probably server-side, I'd hope that it isn't hacker-related, or there may be bigger issues brewing.
