Cross Save Isn't Working
I need help. I don't understand what's wrong. My accounts are linked, but when I start up D2 on my PC, I get the character creation screen. Where are my guardians?

You aren't showing as having cross-save enabled. Does it show it as enabled on here? https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave/Recap If its not activated you'll be redirected to the setup.
