Missing Dungeon Keys
Subject: Missing Dungeon Keys Despite Owning The Collection Edition
Hello,
I am having an issue with my Destiny 2 account. I am missing the Dungeon Keys, even though I own The Collection Edition, which should include the Dungeon Keys.
The content is not showing as available on my account, and I am unable to access the corresponding dungeons.
I have already checked the available content in the game, but the Dungeon Keys are still missing.

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 8/27/2026 3:10:09 PMIf you're on the purchasing account (ie not attempting to Game Share them) then fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Bungie will review it, and in most cases simply apply any missing passes/dungeon key to the active account. They review tickets Monday through Friday during business hours.
