Missing Exotic Engram Bungie Reward – Selected Xbox Instead of Steam
Hello Bungie Support,
I’m having an issue with a Bungie Reward Exotic Engram.
Bungie Rewards shows that the Exotic Engram was successfully applied to my Bungie.net profile and sent to my selected platform. However, I accidentally selected Xbox as the target platform, while I currently play Destiny 2 on Steam/PC.
I have checked my Destiny 2 account and Postmaster, but I do not have the Exotic Engram.
Is there any way to have the reward redirected to my Steam/PC account, or otherwise recover the reward?

Edited by EckyThump: 8/22/2026 1:41:14 PMHey there, XBox is the Active platform in your cross-save setup, so even though you play on Steam, you're logging into your XBox account and making progress there via cross-save. Your Steam game profile itself is dormant and inaccessible so you do want things to 'go' to your XBox account in general. That doesn't fix your issue though I understand, there's still an issue Bungie may look into, but just mentioning it's likely something that's just obsolete/broken; you didn't do anything wrong.

Bungie won't manually issue the reward, they have a pretty hands off approach to issues unless its absolutely necessary they get involved.

Doubtful, plus it's one engram, I'm sure you'll be fine.
