I am a new Destiny 2 player, and I recently made an honest mistake while setting up Cross Save. Unfortunately, I misunderstood how the system works and believed it would connect my Epic Games account with my current account, allowing me to access my characters, items, and purchases across both accounts. Instead, I accidentally selected the wrong account as my active Cross Save account. As a result, I can no longer access the Epic account where I have purchased Silver, and I have since learned that Cross Save does not merge accounts as I had assumed. I completely understand that Cross Save policies are in place for security and account integrity. However, in my case, this was simply a misunderstanding by a new player rather than an attempt to exploit the system. The current restriction has significantly impacted my experience with the game before I have even had the opportunity to fully enjoy it. I am respectfully asking if my situation can be reviewed to determine whether any assistance or exception is possible. My goal is simply to access the account where my purchased Silver is located and continue playing without being penalized for what was an honest setup mistake.
