Can't access Altar of Reflection post campaign
I'm trying to get the last Lucent moth, which is in the Altar of Reflection, but I can't seem to get back there.
I've completed the Witch Queen campaign, and completed the ALTAR-REFLECT mission. There's nothing on the evidence board, and there's no Altar of Reflection missions on my map. Am I missing something?
