Hello,
I’ve been playing Destiny since the launch of Destiny 1 and continued playing through the launch of Destiny 2. I was away from the game for several years, but recently made a comeback and have been enjoying getting back into it.
After playing for a while, I noticed that I’m missing some items from my Collections, but specifically the Prestige Leviathan gear.
Leviathan was actually the only raid I ever completed in Destiny 2, and it remains my favourite raid experience in the game. I have a lot of great memories from that time, so I was honestly pretty devastated to discover that it has been vaulted and that I’ll never get the opportunity to experience the raid again and the spire of stars which I never had the chance to try out.
I’m specifically missing the full Prestige armor sets for both my Warlock and Hunter, along with some of the associated emblems and, most importantly, my favourite shader, Imperial Opulence. That shader was royally amazing looking
I really loved the Prestige armor. I loved the way it looked, but more importantly, I remember the time and effort my old squad and I put into earning it. It’s one of the few pieces of Destiny history that I have a really strong attachment to, and my only wish is to be able to wear those sets again, especially now that I can no longer return to the raid.
What’s particularly strange is that when I check my Collections, some of my normal Leviathan gear is still there, but several of the Prestige versions and weapons even are showing as uncollected. I currently have the regular Leviathan helmet and gauntlets registered, but the rest of the Prestige set is missing.
Is it possible that this happened because I dismantled the original armor pieces for vault space before Armor Synthesis was introduced? If I had deleted the armor before the transmog system existed, could that have prevented the Prestige appearances from being registered in my Collections?
I completely understand that the original raid is no longer available, and I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I would just really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my account and see whether my previous ownership of these items can be verified, or whether there is any way to restore the missing Collection/Armor Synthesis unlocks.
I have very fond memories of that era of Destiny, and being able to use those armor sets again would genuinely mean a lot to me.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and for any help you can provide.

For an item to be added to Collections, it had to be in your vault/inventory during Season 3 at the earliest. Shaders would only be added if there was an unattached copy in the inventory, ones applied to gear did not count. It was ok to delete them before transmog was introduced (Season 14) assuming that it was no earlier than Season 3. Bungie do not (and now no longer have the resources to) review accounts on an ad-hoc basis to look for item acquisition/deletion dates, etc, especially since there was no tracking system until S3. If it's not in Collections then it did not meet the criteria above. Not sure about Imperial Opulence. Since it was released in Season 7 it should be in Collections for anyone who earned it, but you do not have any Crown of Sorrow activity on your account, which was its only source.
