Quicksilver storm quest bug
I don't have the quest. I can't get it from abandoned quests kiosk in the tower and Nimbus shows he has something for me but doesn't show any quests or unclaimed rewards. The Holo projector doesn't have anything. None of the interact points anywhere all the way back past the pond have nothing.
How do I get the exotic?

Collections -> Exotics -> Weapons -> Kinetic.

It was a pre-order bonus so no quest. But as poster below has pointed out, you already have it in collections.
