Cross save troubles
Hi just went to link my xbox account to my steam, my steam account has 0 created characters but whenever I open the game the option to use my xbox characters isn't there it just takes me to the character creator. I set my main account as my xbox characters and have no issues with epic only steam. I Thought it might be because I had a slight silver debt so I bought some just incase but the problem continues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! You will need to disable and re-enable Cross Save now that the negative Silver balance has been resolved. Unfortunately this process will take 90 days to complete due to the Cross Save cooldown. The 90-day cooldown following deactivation of Cross Save or any Silver purchases cannot be removed, reduced, or circumvented.
