Beyond light not progressing
I started a new account and am trying to get stasis, and when I get to the 19th step the exit stranger doesn't spawn and I can't progress I've tried multiple characters loading in with someone else running from a different load zone and nothing has fixed the issue

Nearby the camp you have a Lodi interaction to do, do that, go to orbit, and then load back into the camp.

Do you have beyond light completed on any other characters? If not the exo stranger may not show up on those anyway.
