REMOVE CONSOLE PLAYERS AND GAMEPADS from the PC lobby!
Besides the fact that the game is populated by cheaters and Chinese players who access European servers via VPN and lag, the controllers' insane aiming system interferes with normal PvP play. What kind of fair play can we talk about if the controller outshoots the mouse 99% of the time because the aiming system helps it avoid missing?

M&K is still faster and more reliable than controller's aim assist. It's why professional and competitive gamers play PC.
