Some Cheater created tons of chests in Sorrows Harbor
As the titles says. But what is the reason behind it like do they want people to get banned by opening them or whats the intention, have you seen anything like this before?
Sadly I don't have the name of the person there only was one person on ps4 on the lobby when I joined.

Hi there. Bungie staff do not monitor the forums for reports of cheating. If you suspect someone is cheating or violating other terms of service, the best course of action is to use the in-game report tool and report the suspected player.
