Sick of waiting for the Distortion rotation to farm the destinations you want?
It might have always been like this, or they did a hotfix...
I don't think it's guaranteed, but T5 weapons and armor both drop from Heroic PE completions.
I just tested it on the Moon.
2 PEs after... I got both T5 destination weapons and armor.
And tbh, when it comes to weapons it only matters for mats.

Tier 4 with a chance of tier 5.
