Short and sweet: it makes every other scout rifle unusable. It also makes sniper rifles pointless as well. Like why use anything else if this weapon dominates at scout rifle ranges? Sure there are times when you're dueling a Jade Rabbit user at optimal Adaptive handcannon ranges and they come out on top. That's a problem. Makes even Adaptive and Precision auto rifles seem lame.
