At Xur, great split... with Powerhouse slotted. It's x3 Stasis Surge. The Europa armor still works in PvE and the 4-piece... I heard, because I have not built this kit yet, just tics Frost armor constantly, in combat, out of combat... it does not matter. Don't know if that's still working... Seems like an awesome pairing w Frostees... we have a lot of strong Stasis weapons. I might have to take a break from my Titan grind. Although side note, you can fly now... there's tech, and I mean like almost 100% uptime. In addition, look up DNA's Titan montage where he solos every dungeon with blades and glaives. Then I asked myself? What's the best value here? For the 4 piece... So I tried Fortunes Favor.. that worked.. on the Throne world. I had the pieces for either where I could achieve 200 super, 200 weapon... 100 class... Have x5 Frost Overshield Amplify Radiant on Prismatic. Limit Break is only 15% What about StarEaters then... & then... whatabout the class item. Did you know that it's 70% for S&S. I have inmost StarEater. Guess what I don't have? Galanor SE... That up to 50% of regen for S&S and then Limit Break & SE & 200 Super. So, went to the Pale Heart. Guess What! I still had the kit on... was going to mess with it as I grinded. It stopped working. It did NOT work there. I hopped into the LS there... DID NOT work. So yeah... It did work on the Throne World... but didn't work in the Pale Heart. And it's not supposed to work like that anyway... what am I doing, lol 🫤. Having x3 stasis surge for free was nice. Anywho.. I'm not saying don't invest... I'm saying if there is a way to make it permanent, I did it on accident... but couldn't replicate it. If it just procs randomly? That's not reliable enough... speaking to the 4 piece bonus. I'm going to keep messing with it, but after the last hr or so... I wanted to update this topic.
