Parental Controls
My wife has recently been playing d2 and every so often when trying to log into the game it says that parental controls are on and that she doesn’t have access to multiplayer. I’ve never had this issue. We both have active game pass accounts and the settings on both consoles are for adults. I’ve tried resetting the console and looking at the settings but everything is in order. Still can’t get her to be able to login.

I've had this on Xbox, only fix I've found is to swap the privacy to a higher level then remove it again seems to fix it. Basically toggle on and off.

You may want to send a report to the mods for destiny 2 thru the help forum and explain what going on they may be able to help or point u in the right direction for a solution.
