Hi, I’m trying to play Destiny 2 on the Epic Games Launcher using Cross Save from my Steam account, but I’m stuck. Current situation: Cross Save is already activated Steam is set as the active characters and works perfectly (all my characters show up when launching from Steam) Both Epic and Xbox are linked to my Bungie account, but neither is authenticated When I launch Destiny 2 through Epic, I get stuck on the Cross Save screen with a QR code every time When I try to authenticate the Xbox account (on both the website and the Companion app), I get this error: Authentication Error There has been an error. Please try again later. The error code: ErrorCannotAuthorize I can log into the Xbox/Microsoft account normally on Microsoft’s site with no problems. I’ve already tried: Incognito/private windows Different browsers Destiny Companion app Clearing cache Logging into Bungie.net with the Xbox credentials Nothing works. Because the Xbox account won’t authenticate, I also can’t make any changes to the Cross Save setup. Is there anything that can be done on Bungie’s end, or any other steps I should try? Thanks.
