Missing every dungeon key i paid for.

I bought the dungeon key pack on steam and whenever I try to access any of the dungeons from the DLC pack I have access to literally none of them, I can provide proof of ownership if need be but I would really like to resolve this issue soon as I do not wish to purchase them all with silver while already owning them. Hey there, did you buy it on Steam and then set cross-save up, with XBox as the Active account? Dungeon keys count as in-game Eververse items and so get tied directly to a game profile. That means they got tied to Steam, and then Steam got made dormant during cross-save and the keys went dormant with it. Please use the following form -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Explain what I said above, that the keys are on the dormant account and Bungie should move them to the active.
