Question about distortion breaches / world loot
If my specific goal was to get a few Plurmagherd (specifically tier 5) from Nessus, is it better to only farm heroic public events, or also the following distortion breach events?
I notice that a lot of players tend to avoid the distortion events (the ones that follow shortly after a public one) like the plague
Does anyone know the most efficient option?

Edited by Meat Fountain: 8/10/2026 12:07:45 AMYou'll get destination weapons from public events and patrol chests. T5s only come directly from heroic public events. If you're not also interested in the destination's armour set, the public defender ghost mod is worth using.

2 RepliesI’ve been hearing the weapon Attunement is broken, so that may also play a factor.

1 ReplyJust the heroic events since they give two world drops whereas the distortion event gives one world drop and one distortion drop.

4 RepliesIf you mean pluperfect (in my experience) most dropped in heroic events. For distortion specific loot of course would be the event following a heroic/normal public event. [spoiler] I'm pretty sure I've also gotten one or 2 by doing lost sectors.🤔[/spoiler]
