Hello Bungie Support, First off, my condolences and thoughts to the situation at Bungie and layoffs. I wish for a better present and an even better future. Secondly, I am requesting assistance with an incorrect Xbox account linked on my Bungie account. Years ago I linked this Xbox account to my Bungie account by mistake. I still have access to the Xbox account, but I have never used it to create Destiny characters or make any Destiny progress. My Steam account is my primary Destiny account and contains all of my characters and progress. I rarely used my Xbox in general because I just used my laptop. Fast forward years to now and I am a dad and playing on the laptop is hard with a little one and frankly the Xbox is much easier so I logged in to my current xbox account that I've always have used and found out I linked the wrong one. I recently disabled Cross Save, waited through the required 90-day cooldown period, and attempted to set everything up correctly so I could use my Destiny characters on my current Xbox account. When I checked my Bungie account settings, I found that the old Xbox account is still linked, but there is no option available to remove or replace it. However, I understand account security restrictions exist, but I am hoping you can review my case because: * I have access to the currently linked Xbox account * That Xbox account has no Destiny characters or progress * My Steam account contains my Destiny characters * I am only trying to correct an old incorrect link and replace it with my current Xbox account Could you please let me know if there is any possible way to correct this account link?
