Dual Destiny "On The Double" not awarded
Last night, my fireteam completed all requirements for the Dual Destiny "On the Double" Triumph. During the activity, a message appeared on-screen confirming we had met the requirements, but when we finished the mission the Triumph was not awarded. We have checked the Triumphs menu and restarted the game, but it is still incomplete.
