Hello Bungie Support, I’ve encountered a progression bug with the Mote of Primordial Light chest in the Old Tower (Lost City). I have collected all 8 Visions of the Traveler and placed them on their pedestals. I have defeated all 9 unique Overthrow bosses and received the Mote of Primordial Light in my inventory. Despite this, when I approach the golden chest near the old Speaker’s area, the prompt says “You lack something” and does not allow me to open it. Troubleshooting I’ve tried: Orbit reset and reloading the zone. Vault workaround (placing the Mote in vault, orbit, then retrieving it). Restarting the game entirely. Interacting with the chest from behind/left side. Confirmed all 8 Visions are glowing in the Tower. None of these resolved the issue. My suspicion is that the game has failed to register the Mote correctly, possibly due to the Taken Servitor boss being my final Overthrow kill. Request: Please investigate and patch my account state so I can open the chest and claim the Exotic Khvostov 7G-0X. Thank you for your assistance.
