Strikes Lake of Shadows and The Corrupted can't be completed
When starting these strikes from the destination map both of them never get the mission end screen, so they can't never be completed. Even playing from the start and killing the final boss, it seems it fails to trigger the mission end. I have joined countless strikes on progress to find out that the final boss dead, the chest looted, but players still stuck on the mission.
Also doing them from the ops screen doesn't grant the associated triumph, so a fix for both strikes is required.
