Linking/cross save issue
Hello Bungie Support,
I need help with a Cross Save/account linking issue\.
I had Cross Save set up years ago between my PlayStation and PC accounts\. Recently, I linked my Xbox account because I wanted the Destiny 2 Companion app to work with my Xbox Warlock and allow me to manage that character\.
I did not intend to change my Cross Save setup, merge my Xbox characters with my PlayStation characters, or replace my existing Cross Save characters\. My goal was only to have the app recognize my Xbox character\.
I have now discovered that I cannot make the changes I need because of the Silver purchase restriction, and I am unable to restore the setup I intended\.
Could you please review my account and advise if there is any way to remove the Xbox connection from Cross Save or disable Cross Save so that my Xbox characters can remain separate from my PlayStation/PC characters?
My Xbox Warlock has not been deleted\. I only need help getting my account setup back to how I intended it\.

2 RepliesHey there, unfortunately cross-save is all or nothing, either it is disabled completely, or all linked accounts are a part of it. You cannot for example only cross-save between two out of three linked accounts, and in the case where you've got two accounts under cross-save, then adding a third will add it to the cross-save.
