Me and my nephew have been playing through Destiny 1 together the past few weeks, he just got to level 19 but all the sudden today I am not able to join him and he can no longer do the same for me. I have xbox game pass ultimate still, and not a single friend on my friends list even lets me send an invite to my game session. We are on the same network as we live in the same house, I've tried switching xboxes, full power cycling of both, and switching network on and off and even connecting to my phone's hotspot which actually works fine for playing games when I have to, and its still working fine today. I am still unable to join him or he me, as it always says "fireteam is set to closed" so I went through all the permissions and all settings are correct to join each other, which makes sense because we've been playing together for a while and didn't change those settings. There isn't a video out there saying how to fix this and every post I see online tells me to just try the things I've already tried. Is there a server wide issue right now with this? Or somehow my series s and xbox one consoles just aren't working for destiny 1 as of today? Any help would be appreciated
