Returning player, I reinstalled the game and I cannot access some items
I reinstalled the game on my Xbox and when I check my emblems I cannot use the beyond light emblem even though I brought the pack a while back on my Xbox which is the only device that I brought the item from, I have the ghost shell and I had the emblem but now its not allowing me to equip it so I pressed the store option to see if that would fix it now its gone and I cannot access it at all and when I go to collections I cannot see the emblem there at all now. can a dev or someone please help me get my items back please I've been jumping through hoops trying to fix.
