Hello. For a couple of the PvP Triumphs under "Monument of Triumph," I am not always receiving credit for match completions. For "Trials of Osiris," there were 2 matches where I didn't receive progress, even though I was there to see the match complete, and the PGCR appeared. (I might have returned to orbit immediately after the PGCR, but that shouldn't matter, right?) Similarly, for the 3v3 rotator triumph, I completed a match of "Heavy Metal" when it was on the "Crucible Ops" section (e.g., not a Private Match), but my Triumphs still showed 0/3. Last night, I did a match of "Hardware Mix 3v3," but I still received no progress on the Triumph. Is this a known issue?
