Really Wish "Complete With Clanmates" Was Removed or Changed From Raid/Dungeon Titles
I wish Bungie would have changed these so that: either solo completions while you are part of a clan count for the triumphs (dungeon focus), change the triumphs to allow either a full team of Bungie Friends OR clanmates to count, or just make them an extra triumph that grants no progress to the title.
I have quite a few gripes with the requirement of these triumphs for titles, and I have for a while.
1. Bungie themselves never implemented a proper system for finding a clan (similar to how Guided Games sat stagnant for years in "beta" before being removed), so there's basically no way to find and join a clan solely focused on doing these triumphs, other than third party services like forum solicitors, reddit, and discord.
2. clans have basically no relevance in-game: they're just a "badge" near your name that only kinda matters to show association to high level organized groups, like those that hardcore PvP or Raid. Sure there's free materials and minor gameplay perks, but those hardly matter.
3. completing raids or dungeons with your clanmates is not a challenge at all, unlike the actual raid challenges, master mode, collections seal, collectibles, etc. that you must complete to earn titles, so these triumphs are completely arbitrary.
Obviously Bungie isn't changing such a thing at this point, but I'm disappointed since I HAVE earned everything else on several raid and dungeon titles except the stupid clan triumph.

1 ReplyIt sucks, but I've seen a couple work-arounds : I joined a Crota lfg long ago & a guy invited us all to his clan for the triumph... then he asked if we'd be willing to stick around for a few hours, while he grabbed final checkpoints for some other raids. I guess the older ones just say to "complete the raid" with clanmates instead of "complete ALL encounters" with clanmates ... so the final checkpoints counted & we banged out a bunch of clan triumphs all in one go, while we had a willing team. I see you're leader of your own clan, so you could do the same. Just recruit 5 other ppl who want to get them all done in one sitting. I also used to play regularly with a guy who couldnt join my clan permanently cuz he was already in a clan with his family, like blood relatives... but they never did RaD's. So, if he needed a clan run, he'd ask to join my clan for the run, and then immediately leave & ask his family to invite him back. He joined and left my clan like 10 different times to complete the triumphs lol. If you trust your admin, or have an alt account that you can make admin & just re-invite yourself back, you can do the same without permanently leaving your clan.

Yeah when they canceled live service that's the problem they removed a lot of stuff they made stupid idiotic changes that didn't matter. Example you're going to cancel content why the f*** would you make changes to your game just leave it the way it is. I feel like companies who do that kind of nonsense they're just extremely sadistic they don't care about the player base they just care about the drama and just making things less fun.

They removed the flawless requirement and left the clan requirement 😭

Yeah, it's a pity they never removed impossible requirements (such as reaching level 40 on an event rank) from active triumphs. But it's not like I was ever going to get all the triumphs so really not the end of the world.
