Rewards pass still locked after purchase
I bought the edge of fate expansion pass 2-3 days ago but my rewards pass is still not activated. I have had the same problem with renegades a couple seasons ago. Does anyone know why this is happening for more details I use PC through the Microsoft store and all expansions I buy are through my main account.

5 RepliesYou are showing as having access to the Edge of Fate seasons, but not Renegades. Did you mean you purchased Renegades recently (ie released December 2025)? Fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Bungie will review it, and in most cases simply apply any missing passes or dungeon keys to the active account. They review tickets Monday through Friday during business hours.
