From my experience, actively using [i]any[/i] support auto rifle for a prolonged period of time and applying a lot of buffs (restoration, frost armor etc.) evetually causes the infamous UCG bug (unable to gain any new buffs/debuffs, no natural health regen, no ability regen, incl. transcendence). This is in some cases a desired bug for lowman clears, however, in activities such as conquests with locked gear, this not only means eventual failure for the player, but also that the guns are not to be taken into those activities at all unfortunately.
