Missing Exotic Cipher from Seasonal Hub
I claimed an Exotic Cipher from the Seasonal Hub reward track. The reward is marked as claimed, but the Exotic Cipher was never added to my inventory. I have a video showing me claiming the reward. Later I claimed another Exotic Cipher with Chronologs, and that one was added correctly. Could someone please investigate my account?
