For someone who hasn't done dungeons, which ones are the easiest/least complicated?
-
Technically Shattered is. However Shattered is SO easy and straightforward that it's basically NOT a dungeon. It's basically just kill things the dungeon. Next would be Pit of Heresy. Very simple mechanics mostly just kill things and dunk orbs. Honestly? Dungeons get harder and harder with each new dungeon. Basically go in the dungeon release order till you hit Spire. After Spire do Equilibrium, then do Ghost, then Sundered, then Vesper as the final.

Prophecy and Grasp of Avarice. Prophecy just requires you to understand stand that light goes with light and dark goes with dark. Grasp is basically self explanatory

Prophecy is by far the easiest. Just gun play. No stupid puzzles that need an Indiana Jones decoding pedigree.

Shattered Throne and Pit of Heresy are the least complicated and generally the easiest. Grasp of Avarice, Prophecy, and Spire of the Watcher are great next steps. Their mechanics are fairly easy once you get the hang of them, but the combat isn’t very intense. Duality, Warlord’s Ruin, and Equilibrium are moderately more difficult. Sundered Doctrine, Vesper’s Host, and Ghost of the Deep are all on the harder end with a combo of more complex mechanics and harder combat. Difficulty Ranking: (easiest to hardest) - Shattered Throne - Pit of Heresy - Grasp of Avarice - Prophecy - Spire of the Watcher - Duality - Warlord’s Ruin - Equilibrium - Sundered Doctrine - Ghosts of the Deep - Vesper’s Host

The easiest in my opinion is probably shattered throne or pit of heresy. Those are the only two I’ve solo flawless-ed so far (and I consider myself a pretty casual play), and they are pretty straightforward, you might need to like at a guide just to get a relative idea though but other than that they are pretty much a breeze especially with a fireteam if you don’t care about solo flawless. Prophecy and grasp are also really easy if you know what’s going on, I think grasp is harder to solo than prophecy though, but I’d have to go pit of heresy as the easiest because I solo flawlessed it on my second time doing the dungeon ever. The most dangerous parts of pit, prophecy, and shattered throne are really just environment and traversal sections, the bosses fall over pretty easily

1 ReplyQuick tip : Open the Fireteam finder & click Dungeons... it will show you a full list of all the Dungeons from newest to oldest. Grasp of Avarice is like a threshold, separating the old dungeons from the new ones. Everything below Grasp is so old & easy that they dont even have Master modes or any associated Titles. They also dont require Dungeon keys. Grasp doesnt have a Title or a key, but it does have a Master mode... and a quest for the Gjallarhorn. Everything above Grasp has a Master mode, an associated Title and includes 2 dungeons per key. Spire & Duality - WitchQueen key Ghosts & Warlord - LightFall key Vespers & Sundered - Final Shape key ***Equilibrium is the only exception, as it is the newest Dungeon & part of the major Edge of Fate changes. It has Feats instead of a Master mode, doesnt require a key, but does have a Title.

Rainbow is PoshAbook ga7ba - old

Probably Grasp of Avarice.

Shattered Throne is the easiest one. Pit of Heresy is very easy as well.
-
The older the dungeon the easier it'll likely be. I think Spire is where they get difficult so anything before would be a good start.

Pit Shattered Prophecy Are definitely the 3 easiest. Grasp is pretty on par in terms of difficulty with them. Duality and spire are slightly harder, but don't really have complex mechanics. Then I'd say that warlord, sundered, and equilibrium are the next level of difficulty Then I'd put ghosts and vesper as the hardest ones
