Dungeons are not unlocked even though i own them.
So I own the Destiny 2: Dungeon Key Pack on steam and have been playing on steam for a while. Im using my characters from Xbox and have unfortunately heard that doing so locks me out of the content thta I bought. I was wondering if I can gain access to the dungeon keys since I already own them. I really dont want to make new characters on steam as my account on xbox is from all the way back when the game launched. Id very much appreciate the help.

1 ReplyHey there, if you bought the Collection on Steam and then cross-saved, adding XBox as the Active account, the keys got tied to Steam and then got made dormant and became inaccessible. If that's the case, please use the following form, and Bungie should move them to the Active account. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items
