Game Chat issue
I have had an issue with game chat for some years now and would appreciate some help getting it fixed. When I am in game chat other players can hear me perfectly fine, however I am unable to hear anyone in game chat. The issue persists on both my Xbox and my PC. I have tried every possible fix I can find with no success. The game chat works just fine in Marathon and other games so I am at a loss. I used to be able to hear in game chat so it really doesn't make any sense.
Fixes I have tried:
-Disabling all other audio devices
-Resetting to default
-Activating Universal Plug and Play
-Changing my NAT type
-Setting my headset as the default audio device
-Updating Drivers(also deleting and re-installing)
Any help would be appreciated, I would like to do more Raids and Pantheon but not having access to game chat makes that basically impossible.

We also recommend reviewing all of your privacy settings on Steam and on Xbox, as there are some options that may inhibit the ability to use voice chat. We'd recommend reaching out to Steam/Xbox's support team for further guidance, if needed, on any privacy settings that may inhibit the ability to chat in-game.
