Dear Destiny Administration and Support Team,
I am reaching out to express my deep frustration regarding the customer service and technical support I have received over the years.
I have been playing this game for 12 years, supporting this project since its very beginning. Throughout all this time, the only interactions I have started on the forums have been to report actual gameplay issues directly affecting my account (grumpybear.grrr). However, the constant theme over all these years has been absolute silence on your end. I have never received a reply or a solution to the bugs and errors I have reported constructively.
It is highly disappointing to notice that the forum seems to ignore polite and detailed reports, and that responses only seem to clear up when users resort to rudeness or bad manners. As a veteran player, I refuse to resort to disrespect just to get your attention, but I find it unacceptable that the official help channels ignore those of us trying to report bugs properly.
I kindly request that an administrator reviews the gameplay issues linked to my account (grumpybear.grrr) and provides me with a formal response. Players who have been sustaining this community for over a decade deserve, at the very least, to be heard.
