I noticed if i have multiple loadouts using the same artifact but with different perks the loadouts do not save the correct artifact perks.

I also noticed that sometimes despite it loading the loadout just fine, there might be one artifact perk that isn't the right one (noticed from it over-writting it when saving again because I switched to another weapon, ALWAYS reset the artifact once loadout swapping then select the loadout again to have the artifact perks be populated as was saved, then do your changes & save)

1 ReplyI think I know what the problem is, just not 100% on what the solution is. It will say "invalid mod" on some specific mod, so I change the mod & re-save the load-out, fine... But once I equip it, some OTHER load-out will suddenly have an "invalid" mod. I didnt make any changes to the other load-out, and it was fine a few hours ago, but somehow it got "invalid" by me equipping a different load-out. I dont think anything is invalid at all. I think Bungie did a great job giving us 7 artifacts, but messed up by re-using some of the mods on multiple artifacts... and I think THIS is creating the "invalid mod" error. For example, it always happens to me with Targeting Autoloader, which is on the Hunter's Journal AND the NPA Repulsion Regulator... idk if I just need to remove it from one in order to use it on the other... or maybe I need to just save them both in the same exact slot on each artifact, otherwise the game thinks you're doubling up on the same mod in 2 different slots ? idk. It happens with ShieldCrush too, which is on the Hunter's Journal AND the Implement of Curiosity... so I guess I'll be testing this theory out for a while.
