Weird one but I can’t seem to progress the vaulted obstacles triumph for the exotic ship. I have completed zero hour on every difficulty, I already have outbreak perfected and all the catalysts, followed every guide on how to complete this triumph and nothing seems to let me progress. I’ve shot all the symbols in the correct order etc for the vault puzzles (sequence accepted) but it doesn’t complete the triumph. Any help would be appreciated as I fear this may be a bug/ soft lock I’m facing.
