Nah they arent.. you'll get more faster in mm activities since allies kills appear to contribute to completion of orders

If I am doing match made activities… maybe 2 a week. If I go into a simple lost sector to focus on orders alone, I will get them. I feel that when are just playing in mm activities, other players can attribute to completing your orders, but it is very slow and not really rewarding to the meter that fills up to have one drop… But solo completing them, they drop more often. Just a theory though through my experience
