double perks?
I got this drop yesterday? I take it its a bug, 2x moving target both left and right?

I got one too, and I googled it, and it's unintended, but repeatedly they do stack.

During Revenant I got at Rocket Launcher that rolled double Quickdraw perks. If I played with my mods I was drawing that thing at comical speeds.
