Sundered Doctrine It doesn't drop the exotic weapon
I've been at it since the dungeon came out, and it still hasn't dropped the exotic weapon for me.

28 clears isn’t “been at it since it first came out”. There are also a couple triumphs that help improve the drop rate. I would suggest doing those to give you slightly better odds.
